Move In / Move Out Cleaning in Elmhurst, Queens

Move In / Move Out Cleaning for Elmhurst Homes

Landlords here inspect carefully because they do it often, so we clean to that inspection: every kitchen cabinet and drawer inside and out; oven, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher inside; the stove pulled and the floor behind it done where possible; bathroom fixtures descaled and grout scrubbed; closets and shelves wiped; light fixtures, vents, switch plates and door frames cleaned; walls spot-cleaned for scuffs; window interiors, sills and tracks done; floors vacuumed, mopped and detailed into the corners.

For tenants that's a full deposit back. For families moving into a larger place — a common Elmhurst move, from an apartment into a floor of a two-family — it means the home is genuinely clean before the beds and the kitchen table arrive. For owners and landlords turning over a unit, we're a same-week option with a flat rate that makes budgeting simple, and we'll schedule several units together where the dates line up.

We book to your dates and your hours — evenings, early mornings and weekends included at no premium — and nobody needs to be there: hand us the keys and go, or leave a code. A one-bedroom takes three to four hours; a larger unit gets two cleaners. There's no stair surcharge for a walk-up and no distance charge; the flat rate is confirmed before we arrive. If anything is flagged within 24 hours, we come back and fix it free.

Pricing is a flat rate confirmed before we arrive — use the instant estimator for a range in seconds. For everything this service covers and how we approach it, see our Move In / Move Out Cleaning page, or read more about cleaning in Elmhurst.
