Move In / Move Out Cleaning in East Elmhurst, Queens

Move In / Move Out Cleaning for East Elmhurst Homes

Most moves here are sales, which means a buyer's final walkthrough on one side and a seller's obligation to leave the house clean on the other. We clean every floor the way that walkthrough inspects it: every kitchen cabinet and drawer inside; oven, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher inside; bathroom fixtures descaled and grout scrubbed; closets, built-ins and shelving wiped; light fixtures, vents and switch plates cleaned; walls spot-cleaned for the marks where furniture stood; window interiors, sills and tracks done; floors vacuumed, mopped and detailed into every corner — basement included if you want it.

Moving in, the same clean means the house is genuinely ready before the truck arrives: cabinets before the dishes, closets before the clothes, bathrooms before the first bath — and with children coming, every handle, switch and rail wiped at their height, with fragrance-free products throughout if you'd like.

A whole house is a full day for one cleaner, so we send two or three and finish in a single visit, scheduled to the day after the movers or the day before the closing — at whatever hour the roster allows, with no premium for early, late or weekend. Nobody needs to be present. There's no distance surcharge for East Elmhurst and no stair surcharge; the flat rate is confirmed before we arrive — a few photos help us make it exact — and anything flagged within 24 hours is re-cleaned free.
