Airbnb / Rental Turnover Cleaning in Elmhurst, Queens

Airbnb / Rental Turnover Cleaning for Elmhurst Homes

Tenants compare an Elmhurst unit to any other on the same platform, and a mediocre reset costs a review. So we run turnovers here to the same checklist we use everywhere: written for your unit, followed exactly every time, and confirmed with photos so you can approve the arrival from wherever you are. Because many Elmhurst units host families for a month at a time, the reset includes the inside of the fridge and microwave and every high-touch surface.

Each turnover strips and remakes every bed with fresh linens, disinfects the bathroom down to the fixtures, sanitizes the kitchen and puts the dishes away, vacuums and mops every floor, wipes mirrors and glass, takes out the trash, restocks toiletries and paper goods, and stages the apartment to match your listing photos. We flag anything left behind or damaged, and we can launder linens on site or rotate a clean set you keep at the unit.

We schedule to the gap between departure and arrival — same-day is routine and any hour is fine — with no premium for early, late or weekend and no stair surcharge for a walk-up. Owners with several units book them together with one point of contact. Pricing is a flat rate per turnover confirmed once we've seen the unit, identical to what we'd charge in Woodside. Anything missed is fixed free within 24 hours.
